We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domestic Team Leader to join our team at NHS Property Services Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service to our premises in accordance with our policies and procedures.
About the Role:This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position, and you will be working as part of a dynamic team to ensure the delivery of a full cleaning service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising a team of domestic services staff
- Ensuring the delivery of a high-quality cleaning service in accordance with our policies and procedures
- Managing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Managing consumables and stock levels to ensure efficient use of resources
- Conducting cleaning audits and making judgments on compliance
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- City and Guilds Level 3 Cleaning and Support Services or equivalent demonstrable experience
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification or willingness to work towards
- Demonstrable experience of managing/supervising domestic services staff
- Experience of managing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Experience of managing consumables and stock levels to ensure efficient use of resources
- Experience of conducting cleaning audits and making judgments on compliance
