The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Growth Marketing Lead (UK) to join our rapidly expanding Global Marketing team in London. As part of the team led by the Global Director of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing acquisition campaigns, and guiding local marketing teams in the UK to efficiently test their acquisition strategies to raise awareness of the Stuart brand among target clients and achieve optimal ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, managing & optimizing campaigns across various channels including Google, Meta Suite, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Programmatic, SEO, and more
  • Utilizing email marketing and tools like HubSpot, testing new platforms, and identifying growth opportunities across markets
  • Conducting pilots and A/B tests to enhance campaign performance metrics
  • Managing budget allocation effectively across campaigns
  • Identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities for B2B pipelines
  • Collaborating closely with local marketing teams to devise innovative acquisition strategies
  • Working with the Brand Design Team to create high-quality creatives and analyze ad performance
  • Analyzing and reporting on market performances and identifying optimization strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced SaaS or digital environment
  • Proven track record in online advertising using Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and SEO
  • Strong communication skills in English, with experience collaborating internationally
  • Interest in data monitoring and analysis
  • Experience managing budgets and meeting financial accountabilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure
  • Organized, proactive, and a team player
