We are currently engaged in the development of a premier retirement village in Chester, designed to provide a high-quality living environment for retirees.

This project integrates modern residential design with superior amenities, ensuring a vibrant and safe community for our residents.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager on a freelance basis to oversee the quality assurance and control aspects of our retirement village project in Chester.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in residential construction and a proven ability to ensure all project components meet stringent quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures for the project.

2. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction work meets established quality standards and specifications.

3. Identify and address any issues or defects in workmanship, materials, or processes.

4. Collaborate with project managers, site managers, and subcontractors to maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process.

5. Monitor and document all quality control activities, including inspections, tests, and corrective actions.

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

7. Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:
1. Extensive experience in quality control management within the construction industry, particularly in residential projects.

2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
