About the Role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our services at Specialist Motor Finance Limited. This position will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Monitoring: The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing our quality control processes to ensure they are effective and efficient.
  • Process Support: The specialist will provide support to other staff members in the cluster to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Complaint Handling: The specialist will be responsible for handling complaints and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
  • Coaching and Development: The Quality Assurance Specialist will provide coaching and development support to staff members to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Quality Improvement: The specialist will be responsible for identifying areas for quality improvement and implementing changes to improve our services.
Requirements
