About the Role

Specialist Motor Finance Limited is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance cluster, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough quality monitoring and control activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues in the Quality Assurance cluster to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive quality reports and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Lead end-to-end reviews of customer complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure seamless integration of quality controls.
  • Develop and maintain quality scorecards and forms to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
  • Lead customer journey reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Conduct second-line monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead quality call recognition initiatives across operations to drive consistency and excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a related field.
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to compile feedback and review with staff.
  • Ability to lead meetings and create follow-up summary notes and reports.
  • Experience with scorecard development and quality control processes.
