We are seeking someone for a permanent position.

Experience is not required but will be a bonus.

We will train any chosen individual in all aspects of the role ourselves.

We would like someone with good Maths and English.

Good communication and manners.

Main Duties:
Booking appointments and answering correspondences throughout the day.
Drawing up contracts and paperwork
Minor accounts

Invoicing
Receiving and accurately documenting payments in for the form of cash, card and BACS.
Ensure that a top standard of customer service is provided at all times
Ensuring that files are up to date

Essential Requirements:
Extensive experience of Microsoft Office and Excel
Experience working in a fast paced customer focused environment
Strong customer focus
Ability to pick up new skills quickly.
Work well individually and as part of a team

Able to take commands from management effectively
Can work well under pressure
Very organised.
Punctual

Hours - 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
