Meeting and greeting a high volume of learners and visitors.

Directing learners to classes.

Monitoring learner attendance - liaising with NOK's/learners and employers/placements

Ensuring the front of the house is always neat and tidy.

Managing meeting rooms and offering refreshments.

Maintaining building security by providing passes to visitors.

Notifying appropriate individuals when a visitor arrives to see them.

Keeping track of appointments and visitor arrivals and departures.

Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries.

Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock inventory.

Coordinating the collection of learners' portfolios and overseeing the signing-out process.

Managing appointments, scheduling, and coordinating learner interviews.

Promptly reporting any safeguarding and health and safety issues to managers.

Signposting learners and staff to outside support agencies where necessary.

Updating your Continuous Professional Development (CPD) record as required.

Taking minutes during meetings to document key points, decisions, and action items.

Addressing any issues related to learner attendance, behaviour, or other concerns.

Adhering to all policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety protocols.

Sending out and collating learner & employer surveys

Assisting with invigilation when needed.

TERM TIME ONLY - 32.5hrs PER WEEK
