Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust are recruiting for a Community Wildlife Ranger

If you are great at coordinating and supporting people, this could be the role for you


This role will work as part of a team of Community Wildlife Rangers, co-ordinating, supporting and growing the Volunteer Ranger team to patrol across Sheffield and Rotherham Wildlife Trust's Nature Reserves and a number of Yorkshire Water Wildlife Sites.


Also to support and work alongside Volunteer Rangers in order to survey visitors and promote positive behaviours when visiting the countryside, with a particular focus on high footfall, wildlife sensitive sites.

This role will require an enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) check.

This role is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, we are able to support under-represented groups in increasing access to nature.

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract

£27,300.00 per year
