At Randstad Education we are working closely with a number of Nurseries and are currently looking for an experienced Nursery Practitioner to work with a beautiful Nursery in the Luton area.

The nursery is recognised for offering a sunny disposition and welcomes all with open arms.

Nursery Overview


This setting promotes learning in all-weathers with a large outdoor learning and play area which the children access on a daily basis.

This particular role is for someone who is looking to advance their career in early years and is looking for a full time opportunity.

The position currently is available for a full time Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistant to start soon.


The nursery offers brilliant grounds, resources and spacious classrooms and aims to offer all pupils a whole encompassing education that can help them now and throughout their life.

This nursery is a supportive environment and is looking forward to welcoming a new nursery practitioner to their team.

The position currently is available for a full time qualified nursery assistant immediately.

  • Early Years Qualification (Cache Level 3)
  • Relevant childcare experience (Must be able to provide 2 references)
  • Good knowledge of EYFS
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (this is essential)
When you work in this school your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing engaging and interactive activities for the children within the toddler room
  • Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
  • Creating inviting activities for the children in your care
  • Teaching basic life skills to the children such as general hygiene and good manners
