My client a successful market leader in Gloucestershire is seeking a Finance Director to play a key role in steering them through the next stage of growth, partnering closely with the owners.

As Finance Director you will report directly to the Managing Director, offering support and guidance to the board in running the business and identify potential acquisition opportunities as well as all aspects of finance and accounting managing an small, experiencedteam.

You will implement policy, procedure, and compliance across this organisation.

You should be a team player, able to combine excellent academics with a proven finance and strategic leadership track record and a willingness to roll up your sleeves alongside leading the finance and accounting team.

A background within a wholesale, consumeror retail business would be ideal along with some corporate finance experience.
The salary for this role will initially be c. £90,000 to 110,000 per annum depending on experience and background plus bonuses, private health and pension contribution.

The role will be based in Gloucestershire but there would be flexibility for remote workone to two days per week.
