Berkshire Talent Partnership is partnering with a top infrastructure and energy developer with an impressive track record. With over 1GW in construction or operation and 12GW in advanced project development stages, our client is at the forefront of the industry.

They are now looking to grow their team and are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to enhance their expanding project portfolio.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple works packages from project inception to final accounting.
  • Provide comprehensive financial and surveying information to Senior Management.
  • Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and contracts.
  • Administer contract forms, predominantly NEC4.
  • Monitor project costs and prepare payment applications.
  • Assess Compensation Events and report project cost status.
  • Manage cost variance and contract cash flow.
  • Ensure effective communication with contractors, clients, and team members.
  • Visit project sites as needed to meet project goals.
  • Collaborate with Project and Commercial Managers for project success.


Skills Required:

  • Contract Management experience, preferably with NEC3 or NEC4.
  • Degree in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Experience in Civils, M&E, Renewables, or Major Infrastructure projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
