Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in London. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Quantity Surveyors on a range of projects, including hotel and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors
  • Oversee pre and post contract duties on large-scale projects
  • Develop and implement contract strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide expert advice on contract management and dispute resolution

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a consultancy environment
  • Exceptional pre and post contract experience
  • MRICS qualification
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects
  • Strong understanding of QS and different types of contracts
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Basic salary of up to £70,000 per annum depending on experience
