We are currently looking for a Head of Enterprise Sales, to drive strategy into our sales process and help support sales.

The Global Business Development Team is a key driver of Enterprise sales in Creditsafe.

We are a team of dedicated sales professionals who exist to support and develop the Enterprise sales strategy in the mid and high end.

Located across Europe we work very closely with local sales teams and managers to win large strategic deals for Creditsafe.

We are a team of consultants targeted on hitting the sales numbers for Group and making each entity more successful.

This is a growing team that will be key to long term success of the Enterprise STAR programme and the 5-Year Company Plan for revenue growth.

Solution selling of our value proposition is growing within our customer and prospect base and the Global Business Development team is there to help all salespeople develop their knowledge and experience to win more business in this space.


Who we are looking for -

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Help support entity sales teams with a view to accomplishing defined revenue targets.
  • Consulting with local sales leaders on the support required around tooling, sales strategies and training with a view to having tangible revenue impact.
  • Own end to end pipeline and sales cycle from helping identify opportunities/key target sectors to business development and revenue realisation.
  • Manage 'named account' process for identifying key global sales targets and become the champion of this area.
  • Become an advocate for coaching sales teams with the goal of having real impact in revenue performance.
  • Is responsible in partnership with local sales teams and new business leaders for ensuring an adequate sales pipeline to ensure revenue figures are achieved.
  • Will manage the sales transformation at Enterprise level around the adoption of ABS/ABM strategies and processes.
  • Measures and monitors the movement of opportunities through the sales pipeline and provides relevant analysis.
  • Can report the development of the sales pipeline both upwards to senior stakeholders and vertically to sales teams.
  • Will work in partnership with local sales leaders to design and implement a mature and productive contact strategy to underpin the ABM/ABS adoption.
  • Ensures that users are utilising sales tools to adequately measure and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Become the internal trusted advisor around ABS skills and knowledge.
  • Proposes new processes and strategies to increase the new business pipeline in general.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong experience of ABM/ABS based selling at Enterprise level.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience of managing Enterprise sales teams
  • Experience of working as a leader with both ABM and ABS concepts and a strong understanding of the relevant sales cycle.
  • Preferably experience of managing a business development function in a related industry.
  • Experience of managing CRM/Sales tool, preferably Dynamics.
  • Experience of working with marketing automation technology.
  • Evidence of working as part of a wider sales and marketing function towards a set of common objectives.
  • Ability to influence and champion change to support defined sales transformation programmes.
  • Demonstrable experience of improving sales pipeline development.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Enterprise level business & commercial acumen.
  • Strong direct and indirect influencing skills.
  • Able to work constructively independently.
