Job Introduction

We are looking to appoint an Operations Coordinator to join the team in our Aberdeen head office of Airpac Rentals.

In this role you will respond to all customer hire enquiries, and manage all processes relating to equipment availability reports, equipment returns / off-hires and equipment damage / loss recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Each day will be different as Airpac Rentals are a worldwide operation you will become familiar with your internal and external customer requirements and work to ensure you are delivering excellent service and response.

In this role you will be required to provide the support in relation to customer enquiries when hiring our equipment.

You will assist with all aspects of the order process and work closely with our other departments including our UK Workshops to ensure our service delivery levels are in line with customer agreements.

As our clients are around the world, you will liaise with these and provide updates on current status and administer the certification process and packs we are required to provide on all hire orders.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills and experience of customer service delivery.

The ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines whilst ensuring your attention to detail and accuracy when completing the hire transactions will be key.
