Expeditor - Operations

As an Expeditor in our Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our product line. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a set of customers, providing timely and accurate information on delivery dates.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the operations team, ensuring that customer requirements are met through our process.

  • Utilize strong analytical skills, including high numerical capabilities, to drive business objectives and improve client service.
