Job Title: Expeditor - Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Expeditor to join our Operations team. As an Expeditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through production, maximizing customer service, and driving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the direct point of contact for customers, providing accurate and timely information on delivery dates.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the Operations team, ensuring requirements are scheduled through our process to meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, utilizing excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Drive all requirements through our processes, ensuring schedule integrity and minimizing risk to orders.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on late deliveries and drive improvement opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, including Directors, and adhere to all agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, including high numerical capabilities.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in relevant software and systems.
