  • Duties and Responsibilities: To drive a large team to achieve stretching individual and department targets.

Experience:
Proven work experience as operations-focused project manager or similar role.

Experience in managing high-volume financial services, claims, or legal/litigation processes.

Background in banking, tech, or law is advantageous.

Strong analytical and financial forecasting skills.

Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.

Be able to consistently achieve goals and targets whilst exceeding expectations Proficient in using project management and CRM tools.

Experience in performance management and employee development.

Experience in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Proven ability to manage financial performance and budgets.

Strong decision-making capabilities.

Advanced degree or certifications in project management preferred.

Extensive experience in a fast-paced administration and project management environment.

Familiarity with business and financial principles.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Outstanding organisational and time management skills.

Substantial experience working in a busy office environment.

Strong experience in managing and leading a team with the ability to engage, inspire, and motivate.
