What you'll do:

Provide strategic legal advice to management and ensure compliance with several EU and non-EU jurisdictions. Define, streamline, and implement key legal processes for day-to-day operations Provide comprehensive legal support to the company on corporate, employment, IP, privacy, and contract law matters Conduct legal research, participate in negotiations, and draft and review contracts Offer counsel to staff across all departments on complex issues Coordinate with external advisors in different jurisdictions on various projects

Requirements:

Qualified to practice law and in good standing in at least one European jurisdiction At least 3 years of in-house work experience in the game development industry Strong background in English law Proactive attitude and thrive in a dynamic work environment Proficiency in intellectual property law and data protection Fluency in English and strong communication skills
