Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist in the Newtown area, this would be a temporary position for a period of 3 months.

The rate of pay is £ 10.

50 per hour and the working hours are as follows:

  • Wednesday and Thurday
  • Friday

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the right department and picking up calls for other sites in emergency situations
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Accurately record calls & visits and relay messages in a timely manner
  • Maintain our filing system
  • Sending mail and DHL parcels
  • Making sure straps, toe protectors and ESD coats are provided if required and issuing CT identification cards.
  • Meeting and dealing with customers and visitors, issuing passes and H & S documentation to contractors
  • Any other duties as required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to maintain strong attention to detail
  • Able to work at a continual fast pace to ensure daily targets are met
  • Good timekeeping
  • Reliable
  • Hard working and team player
Experience and qualifications

  • Previous related experience required
  • Experience in all MS Office
  • Business Administration Qualification desirable

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

£10.50 per hour
