There's a permanent opportunity for you here as a Facilities Administrator to join the team on one of our sites in Leiston, Sizewell.


The Role

  • Carrying out all administration to support the effective running of our maintenance contract
  • Carrying out invoicing processes in line with contractual payment terms
  • Ensuring electronic and paper records, including timesheets are completed by the front line teams
  • Working closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and coordinating any additional costs relating to suppliers or subcontractors
  • Managing all queries from both internal and external customers through to conclusion

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm, 40 hours per week

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Experience working as a Contract Administrator within an FM environment would be highly desirable
  • Strong administration duties
  • Excel and Microsoft experience
