Job Title: Relocations Coordinator

Dalkia UK is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Relocations Coordinator to join our team at the Sizewell C site. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth planning and execution of moves, space utilization, and reporting to the Facilities Operations Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Space Planner, move labor, and the Facilities Operations Manager to plan and communicate all scheduled moves.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with client teams to meet their needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Schedule meetings and conference rooms, maintain calendars, and coordinate move management team activities.
  • Provide operational and procedural support to ensure projects are executed in accordance with established departmental, building, and client means, methods, and procedures.
  • Manage one-off relocations and office set-ups for client new hires and terminations.
  • Receive and manage all requests for end-user moves.
  • Carry out administrative and reporting tasks to support the effective running of our client contract.
  • Work closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and coordinate any additional costs related to suppliers or subcontractors.
  • Good physical fitness is required as the role may involve physical exertion in transporting materials or equipment and may also require sitting or standing for extended periods.
  • Must be willing to work flexible shifts and long hours when necessary.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well without supervision, and high motivation are essential.
  • Clean driving license is required.
  • Good client-facing skills are necessary.
