Business Development Representative (BDR) who will follow the UK market

The BDR will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Main Tasks and Activities:

nLead Generation:

Research and identify potential customers through various channelsnProspecting:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate interest and qualify leadsnQualifying Leads:

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives, and qualify them as sales opportunitiesnCRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM systemnCollaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and campaignsnProduct Knowledge:

Stay informed about our software solutions and industry trends to effectively communicate the value propositions to potential customersnFollow-Up:

Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team, ensuring a seamless transition of qualified leadsnPerformance Tracking:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification


The ideal candidate will have gained the key below skills:nNative English speakernBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldn1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the software or technology industry.

We also open to consider recent graduates that have completed an MBA or attended a prestigious University and are interested in pursuing a career in salesnStrong communication and interpersonal skillsnAbility to work independently and as part of a teamnProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsnExcellent organizational and time-management skillsnResilience and ability to handle rejectionnKnowledge of Italian and a third language is a plusnFamiliarity with social selling techniques and digital marketing tools is a plus
