At Octopus Energy Services we are executing phenomenal growth plans to bring low carbon heating to customer's homes.We are building a UK-wide team of engineers that will inspire our customers and give them the tools to fight climate change.
What you'll do:
- Manage, develop, and mentor a team of Talent Operations Coordinators
- Oversee all coordinator responsibilities for the onboarding lifecycle including system access, background checks, equipment/uniform ordering, and inventory
- Partner with other teams and functions to identify process improvements
- Analyse metrics with an eye for operational optimisation to share with the wider team
- Lead team huddles, trainings, and development initiatives
- Escalate complex employee inquiries to the Talent Operations Manager
- Support the Talent Ops leadership team on key initiatives and projects
