Digital Transformation Lead

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at Talent Hub. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies across our business.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the development and delivery of digital transformation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategic digital solutions to meet those needs.

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business and industry, staying up-to-date on the latest digital trends and technologies.

* Work closely with our IT and Data teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing systems and processes.

* Ensure all digital solutions are delivered on time, to budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in delivering complex digital architecture within a modern software development and deployment environment.

* Strong understanding of digital strategy and delivery, including mobile and PWA applications.

* Experience with data analytics tools such as GA, Sitecore, and Hot Jar.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
