We are constantly searching for motivated Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Staff to be part of our team and contribute to providing top-notch education to learners from diverse backgrounds, at various levels, and in different fields.
- Position:
Part-Time/Full-Time (3-5 days per week, Monday to Friday) - Role type:
Term time only - Location:
Harrow - Rate:
£12-14 per hour
The SEN Learning Support Worker role involves:
- Guiding learners with mild-moderate learning challenges
- Providing support in reading, writing, well-being, encouragement, and motivation
- Establishing and assessing SMART goals
Requirements for the Learning Support Assistant position:
- Prior experience in an educational environment
- GCSE qualifications in Maths and English or equivalent
