Inspired Learning Group is currently looking to appoint a Financial Analyst to join their Finance team.

This newly created role would suit someone with an analytical background looking for a new experience.

With the head office based in Stanmore, ILG currently owns and operates 25 independent schools and nurseries in the UK.

As our Finance Analyst you will be working closely with the entire finance team including the head of finance to review and improve the information provided by our finance function.


Within the role you will be responsible for:nEvaluating historical and current financial data to understand specifics around the company's cost and revenue profiles.nStudying industry-specific business trends and research data.

nProducing data-backed reports with recommendations as appropriate to support the finance and management team in taking strategic business decisionsnDeveloping financial models that forecast business outcomes and profits


We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, data driven and is able to provide thorough financial analysis.

The ability to positively enhance the working environment is essential as you will be working in a small team.


Previous experience in a financial analyst role would be preferable for this role but training can be given to a someone with an analytical nature who is comfortable with data manipulation.
