Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To efficiently and effectively manage the adidas Golf brand account base in Ireland, ensuring alignment with company expectations and strong in-store executions. The candidate's location can be flexible in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve company, team, and individual commercial objectives.
- Manage account budgets on a yearly, phased, forward, and daily basis.
- Oversee Trade Investment management and execution.
- Drive market share by customer and category in line with company targets.

Design, plan, agree, and implement by account:
- Commercial plan
- Sales plan
- Marketing plan
- Service plan
- SWB monitor
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.

To establish a collaborative team culture and uphold company values such as Genuine, Inventive, Responsible, and Fun.

KPI's:
- Responsible for achieving sales targets, brand image, and positioning within the account base.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.
- Implement sales plans to deliver targeted levels of business volume and profit.

Authorities:
- Manage personal costs and seasonal sample management.
- Improve supply chain efficiencies and control costs of daily business.

Key Relationships:
- Customer buying and planning departments.
- Internal departments such as Product Management, Finance, and Customer Service.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven sales experience.
- Knowledge of golf retail/wholesale or Sports/Fashion Market.
- Excellent Negotiation, Selling, and Presenting Skills.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in business with a marketing and sales focus.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of current social media platforms and a clean driving license.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
- Expect travel within the area for sales, meetings, and training.
- Additional travel may be required to HQ and international locations.
