My client is a huge Build to Rent company who are looking for someone with Property experience, Build to Rent experience, or student accommodation experience to join their brand-new scheme.

You will be a vital member of the front of house team and will build strong relationships with the residents and foster a strong sense of community through arranging events.

Ensuring that you always provide great customer service, and greet residents, visitors, and contractors in a friendly manner.

  • Encourage as well as support resident engagement, through the planning and execution of events and activities in the communal areas for residents to attend and network.
  • Previous property experience or hotel experience is essential. You will gain the opportunity to embed yourself within a strong team working culture, which will aid your career progression further.
At least 2 years property/ student accommodation/ hotel experience
