We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Manager to join our team in the FX/Currency Exchange sector. The ideal candidate will take charge of our IT infrastructure, with a specific focus on Azure cloud services, and ensure adherence to ITIL standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in Cyber Security and networking to uphold top-notch security measures. This position requires a mix of technical proficiency, strategic insight, and leadership qualities to effectively oversee and improve our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Azure Infrastructure Management
    • Design, implement, and oversee Azure cloud infrastructure for our FX trading platforms and critical applications.
    • Monitor Azure services to maintain high availability, scalability, and security.
    • Optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and reliable performance.
    • Collaborate with development teams for application deployment and management in Azure.
  • IT Operations and Management
    • Supervise daily IT operations to ensure smooth functioning of all systems.
    • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures following ITIL standards.
    • Manage IT projects like system upgrades and new implementations.
  • Security and Compliance
    • Establish robust security measures for data protection and regulatory compliance.
    • Stay current on security trends, conduct risk assessments, and address vulnerabilities.
    • Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance in IT activities.
    • Lead Cyber Security and network security efforts.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience in IT management, preferably in financial services or FX industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, with expertise in infrastructure design and management.

Solid understanding and practical application of ITIL framework and best practices.

Relevant certifications like ITIL Foundation or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
