The Role


We are currently looking for a Sales Office Administrator to become an essential member of the Sales office and Commercial team.

You will be responsible for customer queries and the raising of customer quotations. You will be integral to the smooth running of the office and the administration duties involved.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide assistance to the sales team out on the road
  • Customer quotations
  • General office duties such as welcoming visitors, answering the telephone, franking mail, and filing
  • Order Inputting when required
  • Providing holiday and sickness cover for other office roles such as transport administration and order processing.
  • Ensuring that personal conduct is in line with management guidelines and company rules
  • Ensuring Health and Safety guidelines and procedures are followed at all times
  • Additional tasks as and when required relevant to job role

Required Skills:

  • An excellent communicator with both customers and coworkers
  • Ability to fulfil customer enquiries and transactions in a clear, helpful and efficient manner
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage the diverse range of tasks involved in this role
  • Excellent time management, enabling you to work on multiple projects at once, prioritising the most important and completing tasks in a timely manner
  • Excellent written and communication skills with a good telephone manner
  • A strong understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure customer quotations are correct, hence ensuring sales targets are achieved
  • A good team player with the ability to communicate and support the rest of the team
