Your new company
This international property and construction consultancy operates across a variety of clients including public sector organisations.
Your new role
You will be working with a large client to deliver multi-million-pound construction projects.

You will be joining at the early RIBA stages, working with planning and design teams, writing bids and beginning the tender process.

This team has a secure and largepipeline of work for the next decade so supporting everyone is a must, including some Graduate and Assistant PM's with the likes of site visits.

You will act as point of contact for the client, external consultants and in house for technical knowledge. Thisrole requires you to be flexible and have the ability to build client rapport and stakeholder management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Project Manager who has completed a relevant Construction or Building Surveying degree. You will have experience managing multi-million-pound commercial new build projects from early stages through to handover. Ideally you will beMRICS, or have an interest in gaining RICS chartership.

You will be able to support junior members of the team and have an appetite to progress with the organisation, potentially into people management.

You will have a great understanding of RIBA and differentcontracts such as NEC and JCT.
