Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential clients to promote RedClean's services.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities to generate leads and set appointments.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Provide information about RedClean's services, answer questions, and address concerns from potential clients.
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on telemarketing activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Experience in telemarketing or a related sales role.
• Ability to provide references from previous employers.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work from our business address in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.

Compensation:

• Pay is negotiable and will be based on experience and proven track record.
