Inside Solution Sales Consultant

My client are market leaders in their software solutions, which help businesses improve their processes and engage efficiently with their customers. My client is looking for an inside sales representative to join a very successful team of 2 ISR's. Salary20k-25k + OTE £40k.

The purpose of the role is to prospect for new business from a mixture of self-generated outbound, inbound, and marketing passed leads. The role will also require you to support and stand at marketing events to hunt for new business.

What will the role look like?
- You will have a persuasive approach with planning your pitches that will convince potential clients to engage their products and services.
- Acquire in depth knowledge of market, solutions and full range of services and convey that knowledge to potential clients, adhering to company messaging and positioning
- Cold call, engage with and develop prospects and book appointments in to be closed by the account executives
- Generate leads and nurturing long term prospects over the phone, and or virtual meetings
- Have sufficient knowledge of the CRM market, competitor analysis, and articulate company USP's.
- Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeable with decision makers such as VPs, Directors and C-suite personnel
- Delivering against pipeline creation targets to ensure revenue expectations are met.
- Work closely with marketing and the sales manager to develop bespoke campaigns to relevant prospects.
- Maximizing networking opportunities and regularly using online and in person conferences, events, and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts.

You Must

Have at least 1 years' experience in previous sales, telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation
- Must have experience selling in the technology/software sector
- Have experience selling SAAS / CRM solutions (desirable)
- The ability to maintain a high call rate and to assess prospect's "fit"
- A tenacious worth ethic with a desire to have a career in sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- The temperament of a self-starter that is highly motivated and self-driven
