What You'll be Doing
As a Performance Support Coach, your day will be filled with meaningful interactions with our learners:


  • Learner Engagement: Conduct five calls a day with learners, each lasting around 45 minutes. You'll prepare for each call to ensure you can effectively monitor their progress and link their studies back to their qualifications.

Target Setting: During calls, you'll set realistic and motivating targets to help learners prepare for exams and stay on track with their studies.

Continuous Support: Serve as a constant touch point, providing ongoing motivation and support to help learners overcome challenges and succeed in their exams.

Marking and Feedback: Assess learners' work, focusing on the quality of written English. Your feedback will help them improve their writing skills and meet their targets.

Collaboration: Work closely with learners and their line managers to ensure a cohesive support system, tracking completion rates and addressing any issues promptly.

Motivation and Inspiration: Inspire learners who have switched from finance roles, using your experience and passion to guide them through their new career paths.

What You'll Need

Level 7 academic qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, ICAS or equivalent).

Passion for student success and enhancing the student experience.

Strong communication skills to build rapport and maintain empathy with learners.

Proven experience in working independently and managing workloads efficiently.

Self-motivation and eagerness to expand knowledge and skills.

Collaborative team player mentality.

Exceptional time management and organisational abilities.

Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
