The vacation rental market has been growing strongly over the last few years, with people desiring the space, flexibility and uniqueness provided.

The current global pandemic has only served to strengthen that trend. Summer 2020 saw unprecedented demand.

The Role
This role is for the commercially focussed, the quick thinkers and the customer obsessed. On a basic level, you'll be responsible for taking customer feedback on board and both reactively and proactively feeding back to homeowners any opportunities to enhanceproperty attributes and improve the overall quality of their holiday home to maintain great review scores and give guests the best holiday experiences,

What you'll be doing


This key role is to ensure owners are retained within the business in line with portfolio targets and that the portfolio quality is upheld.

To be successful in the role a successful applicant we are looking for a professional individual who can commerciallyanalyse data whilst providing excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.

A brand ambassador, expert in the industry with the ability to influence and passionately sell the benefits of the Awaze UK Portfolio.


  • Ensuring all work tasks related to house quality into the quality function are fully serviced and volume of action plans with owners are in line with expectations
  • Utilising in house tools to commercially analyse performance data
  • Ensuring all data is collected and updated as needed
  • Working with the owner to formulate an action plan that will benefit the guest and owner for long term
  • Confidently able to solve complex issues and concerns of homeowners
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and relationship with owners
  • Able to identify opportunities to maximise revenue for homeowners and sell in the benefits for mutual results
  • Using data analysis to identify properties that require support and key trends
  • Support the delivery of new processes and projects
  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs, targets and team SLAs
  • Work in a collaborative nature across the wider business with an innovative approach to problem solving and better working practices
