What Your Day Will Involve

Backing the Operations Leader, you'll be engaged in enhancing processes, managing small projects, and contributing to global change initiatives. Each day presents unique challenges and opportunities. Reporting to the Operations Leader or Senior Operations Manager, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders within the Wholesale & Specialist business and other departments like Aon Business Services that cater to the Global Broking centre.

In this capacity, you'll collaborate with team members from Operations, global broking, commercial risk, and the wider Aon organization to pioneer new practices, whether they involve systems, processes, policies, or controls. This collaborative effort aims to bolster core business strategies and foster operational enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience for Success
  • This position is ideal for someone with a background in business insurance operations, adept at swiftly building strong relationships, influencing key stakeholders, working across functions, and taking autonomous initiatives.
  • Drive the tracking and reporting of essential KPIs, and introduce organization and coherence across broking, client service, and outsourced partner teams.
  • Enhance client and colleague outcomes by actively identifying KPI patterns and escalating them to Operations and broking leaders as necessary.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal. Ability to simplify complex solutions or concepts into easily understandable content.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operations, risk management, or excellence in a professional services milieu like consultancy, financial services, or insurance.
  • Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills to leverage data for recommendations and driving change initiatives.
