Are you a Care Coordinator or a Senior Carer with experience of on-call and rostering? We have fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to progress their career to the next level in a high quality, friendly and positive environment.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Coordinating & managing the Care Assistant rotas and schedules including planned holidays and finding cover for sickness
- Proving support as required to Care Assistants
- Maintaining a good working relationship with customers and carers
- Liaising with Customers, their families, Doctors, Nurses and other social care professionals
- Being part of the emergency oncall rota
The successful Care Coordinator will:
- Preferably have hands on experience within the care industry
- Hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
- Have a good knowledge of the local area in order to effectively coordinate Care Assistant rotas
- Be a confident communicator with a naturally outgoing and positive attitude
- Remain professional at all times whilst being a flexible hardworking team player
