We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic 1st Line Service Desk Technician with experience in a fast-paced service desk environment.

In this role, you will be essential in providing comprehensive technical support to internal staff and the IT team, ensuring issues are managed, monitored, and resolved efficiently and within established standards.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to service desk queries, emails, and tickets.
Offer friendly and supportive first-line technical support for hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating more complex issues while retaining ticket ownership.
Accurately log all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Set up and configure user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Assist with basic network and system administration tasks as needed.
Ensure all IT equipment and systems comply with security policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Preferably 6 months of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Office 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
Detailed knowledge of Azure AD.
Experience in a service desk or customer-facing role.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills in the IT field.
