An international manufacturing organisation is seeking a senior sales leader to drive their international team. With a diverse portfolio of products, this team will focus on their security solutions which ensures the safety of millions of people from various threats and natural disasters.

This is an Inside Sales Team which works across various European markets targeting key distributors, strategically engaging with them to ensure effective distribution of their manufacturing solutions. Leveraging a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, this team collaborates closely with these distributors to drive sales growth and expand their market presence across the region.

  • Cultivate and nurture a high-performing team geared towards surpassing sales targets
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on market opportunities to fuel sales growth and market outreach
  • Contribute to strategic planning endeavours and execute Inside Sales strategies founded upon meticulous market segmentation
  • Oversee day-to-day inside sales operations, streamlining order generation for both prospective and existing clientele
  • Propel team performance towards the attainment of sales milestones, all while nurturing a collaborative and cross-functional work environment
They are seeking a strong sales leader with experience building sales processes, fostering team growth, and driving revenue in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of European markets, a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, and a strategic mindset to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales leadership
  • A proven track record of cultivating and leading top-tier Inside Sales teams within an international industrial landscape
  • Proficiency in employing KPIs and activity metrics to manage teams for optimal output
  • Robust analytical, presentation, and planning expertise, leveraging ERP and CRM systems to underpin data-informed decision-making
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer management skills
