As our client continues to expand their operations, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team.


What you will do:

nDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.nLead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and collective success.nIdentify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.nNurture existing client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.nCollaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.nMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.nPrepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.nStay updated on industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.


What we are looking for:

nUnderstand customer business objectives and map these to relevant technology solutions.nEnthusiastic and self-motivated.nAbility to handle multiple tasks and workflows simultaneously, even as requirements and priorities change.

nProven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, in the IT Managed Services

(Essential) .nStrong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.nAble to set goals and standards of performance to achieve short, medium and long-term objectives.nExceptional numeric skills and a keen attention to detail.nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.nDemonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.nStrategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.nExperience in selling Microsoft/Azure stack including Azure Cloud, Power BI and Microsoft services
