We have an exceptional opportunity for a new senior sales professionals to join our high achieving sales team in north Leeds (LS16 6QY).

You will identify and seize opportunities for new customer acquisition, employing advanced cold calling techniques to drive sales.

You'll become a subject matter expert on our portfolio of Fuel Cards (Shell, BP, Esso, Texaco, Allstar, many more) and our suite of fleet products to engage and guide potential clients from first contact to full integration of services.


Duties & Responsibilities:

nMaintain a full understanding of our product offerings and the market.nStrategically plan & prioritise sales activities.nConduct targeted business-to-business cold calling and manage a mix of lead types.nOversee customer accounts, maximizing fuel volumes and meeting diverse customer needs.nDrive and close new business opportunities via the phone.nDeliver a high quality of service, increasing business growth and customer satisfaction.nRespond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.nGenerate and manage an effective sales pipeline via our CRM system.nDevelop an awareness of the broader industry trends, identifying opportunities for growth.nAny other duties as may be reasonably required.

Requirements


In this role, a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets is crucial, you will have proven success in generating new business via the phone and managing key client accounts.

Your skills in effective sales strategies, including cold calling (via phone) and client relationship management are vital.


2-3 years recent telesales experience.nPrevious experience of achieving and exceeding sales targets.nThorough understanding of planning and delivering new business strategies.nDemonstrable experience of closing new business opportunities on the phone.nProficient in using CRM software.nHighly motivated and goal driven.nExceptional communication skills.nA high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
