We are opening our first Children's home and need Residential Care workers who are caring, determined, resilient people to be lasting, significant adults in a child's life.

We are looking for somebody who wants the very best for children and young people; making sure every child and young person has the best possible care experience, that they feel love and joy and are encouraged to take the lead in their own life; working with them to build a positive culture and ethos in the home and responding effectively when things don't go to plan.

Information about the role:

We are looking to recruit one Full time Children Home Residential workers. We are also looking to recruit 0-contract staff to cover holidays etc.

The roles will involve working at minimum amount of earlies, evenings, weekends on a shift pattern alongside the team, including sleep-ins and staff will receive an enhancement dependant on the number of unsociable shifts worked.
