Home Based Supervising Social Worker Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for overseeing a small caseload of foster carers located in the North West of England area.
This is a home-based role, allowing you to achieve a better work-life balance. You will be part of a supportive and positive working environment where you can make a difference in the lives of foster families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a small caseload of foster carers
- Work closely with foster families to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
