The RolenAs an

UKG Configuration Consultant , you will be working within the retails/logistics domain in UK. You will perform the UKG Pro configuration development within the Platform as part of the Implementation.

Key responsibilities:

nWork closely with Project Managers and Solution Architect, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time.nAssess, design, and develop functional meeting customer requirements.nAssist Services teams with integration discovery and scoping.nProvide solution leadership to drive continuous improvement of processes.nLead all aspects of UKG PRO Workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of time and attendance initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development.nDevelop strong relationships with our third-party service providers; ensuring support and development services meet and exceed expectations.nCommunicate effectively both verbally and in writing; listen effectively and clarify information as needed.nBe a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.nUnderstand the requirements from the client or from the regional consultants.nConduct workshops to identify requirements, document the requirements, and develop prototypes to use to confirm requirements back to the customer.nDeploy and release to production environment.


Your ProfilenKey skills/knowledge/experience:

nExperience implementing and configuring UKG PRO WFM Accruals & Time and attendance modules.nAbility to assess, design, and develop functional meeting customer requirements.nAbility to assist Services teams with integration discovery and scoping.nComfortable working within a cloud-based environment.nExcellent organisational and time management skills to include the ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, and effectively manage projects in a diverse organisation.nAbility to be flexible with working hours and travel as required to support business priorities & deadlines.nExcellent knowledge and experience in UKG PRO WFM functional aspects.nExperience implementing UKG solutions using UKG products in customer environments such as multiple locations and/or departments.nExperienced creating detailed functional implementation plans and migrating changes into production.nGood understanding of the UK/EU compliance and Legal standards such as GDPR.nExtensive experience on Inbound and Outbound integrations from UKG PRO WFM.nAdvanced-level knowledge of the UKG PRO WFMnStrong hands-on experience in UKG PRO WFM modules such as Timekeeper, Accruals and Advance Scheduler.nPayroll management/processing experience.nExcellent oral and written communication skills.nGood customer interfacing skills.


Good to have:
nAdvance Scheduler, Forecasting, Device MangernExcellent architecture skill set.nExperience in logistics companies.
