The Role
As an UKG Solution Architect , you will be working in the retails/logistics domain in UK, performing UKG Pro WFM implementation design and development within the Platform as part of the go live from Kronos WFC to UKG PRO WFM.
Key responsibilities:
- Follow the SDLC process to provide the solution for implementation.
- Understand the requirements from the client or from the regional consultants.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Configuration/integration Consultants, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time.
- Maintain project management tools for all workstream within the projects.
- Manage integration design and implement the best practice with upstream and downstream system.
- Help to list the User Acceptance Testing
- Plan for the deploy and release to production environment.
- Provide a final hand off to support team.
- Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
- Must have done UKG PRO WFM implementation.
- Experience in implementing and configuring UKG PRO WFM Accruals \ Time keeping and analytics module.
- Understanding the requirements from the client or from the regional consultants.
- Ability to assess and design the environment to meeting customer requirements.
- Ability to assist Services teams with support discovery and scoping.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
