About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Kronos/UKG consultant to join our team at Dabster. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive workforce management solutions using Kronos/UKG applications.
  • Lead the development and deployment of customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing, developing, and supporting Kronos WFD applications.
  • Proven expertise in UKG Pro WFM/UKG Dimensions, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Attendance modules.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce management disciplines, including Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Leave Management, Overtime Management, Schedule Optimization, Work Authorization, Activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity, and incentive pay.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in implementing, developing, and supporting Kronos Work Force central Applications.
