Lead Kronos/UKG Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Kronos/UKG Consultant to join our team at Dabster. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Lead project teams in the development and deployment of customized solutions, meeting client requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, providing expert advice on Kronos/UKG solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing, developing, and supporting Kronos WFD Applications.
  • Proven expertise in UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions, with a strong understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Attendance modules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in implementing, developing, and supporting Kronos Work Force Central Applications.
