Leading luxury goods brand are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join their Real Estate team in their London Head Office.
The main function of the Real Estate Project Manager is to support the Real Estate team with all Real Estate projectsin the UK and Ireland, working closely with GB subsidiary and their Real Estate teams.
Real Estate Projects:
- Assist in all Real Estate projects, offering technical support where needed.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings with all parties involved.
- Assist with the review of FOH and BOH drawings, liaising with internal participants, Local Architect, and external parties for their input.
- Support with budget and program from start to end of the project.
- Work closely with IT/Operations Managers on all IT/Operations related topics of each project.
- Liaise with Internal Control Manager on all security and local compliance aspects.
- Transcribe annotations on drawings into PDF for issue to Architects.
- Compile and review furniture and fittings lists ahead of placing orders.
- Attend weekly meetings and site visits.
- Support team during site visits and inform of/resolve any queries from the design & technical team.
- Coordinate the handover program with team, ensuring all departments are fully informed of the key dates and responsibilities.
- Assist during prehandover and handover meetings and follow up where needed.
- Consolidate project feedback in coordination with Project Manager.
- Consolidate and upload all project documentation on Intranet.
Minor/Major Works:
- Attend store visits with GB team to review all minor works required in stores.
- Consolidate requests and coordinate priorities with Europe.
- Follow up, in coordination with Maintenance and Facilities Manager, all approved works.
- Debrief GB team following implementation of minor/major works.
You ideally will have been a Project Manager or Interior Architect experience, with up to 5 years of relevant experience in construction.
Adaptability, autonomy, andinterpersonal skills.
