The Talent Acquisition partner will take on the responsibility of attracting and hiring top-tier talent, always striving to deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams.

You will act as the go-to expert for Talent Acquisition, responsible for driving the talent strategy forward. Additionally, you will provide guidance on best practices in the Talent Acquisition field, covering sourcing techniques, employer branding, and more.

Furthermore, you will play a vital role as a cultural ambassador, fostering connections between teams, departments, and individuals.

We are seeking a professional with experience in operations recruitment, preferably with a background in high-volume and multi-site operations. Ideally, candidates should have experience in recruiting for engineering, R&D, and IT roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of specialized end-to-end recruitment across a wide geographical area
  • Establish trust and credibility with clients across various locations by offering effective consultation throughout the recruitment process
  • Identify current and future hiring needs and evaluate the labor market to devise appropriate recruitment strategies, especially focusing on the UK region
  • Collaborate with recruiters to implement innovative networking and sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines
  • Enhance the candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process and secure top talent
  • Ensure consistent process management that aligns with compliance, business requirements, and an optimal candidate experience
  • Utilize TA technology and social media to build a talent pipeline, promote opportunities, employer brand, and EVP
  • Engage in various projects on a local, regional, global, or cross-functional scale
  • Perform other relevant duties as necessary

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent professional experience
  • Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting or within a search firm/RPO, preferably in a large, complex organizational setting
  • Strong client management abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM)
  • Expertise in various sourcing channels, including direct approaches, BOOLEAN searches, and networking
  • Prior experience in recruiting technical, R&D, and digital IT roles is highly beneficial
