Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our client's growing HR team in Paisley. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for partnering with the designated region and supporting them through all areas of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach leaders on policies and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance.
  • Lead on employee relations matters across the region, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Support various HR projects, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Work strategically to impact the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of employees within the region.
  • Support each stage of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement.

Requirements

  • Prior experience of the various aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • A background in a fast-paced and growing organization, with a proven track record of success.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations.
  • Passion for colleague development and improving management capability.
  • Analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, and influencing skills.
